Everything you need to get set up and start using your service.
1. Choose Your Device
Direct Vision can be used on a range of compatible devices. Select the installation guide that matches your device.
Amazon Fire TV / Firestick
Use the dedicated Direct Vision Fire TV installation guide.
Samsung or LG Smart TV
Use a compatible IPTV player and the login details supplied by Direct Vision.
iPhone / iPad
Install a compatible IPTV player from the Apple App Store.
Android
Supported on compatible Android phones, tablets, TV devices and boxes.
2. Have Your Login Details Ready
You will normally need your Direct Vision username and password. Some third-party applications may also require the server details supplied with your account.
3. Keep Your Backup Installed
Direct Vision customers can also have access to our separate Top Shelf backup service. We recommend keeping it installed and ready to use.
